For some teens summer is all about fun, fun, and more fun. For others it’s all work and no play. The best moto is work hard, play harder.
As a high schooler you need to have fun and spend time being a kid. That is what we are, kids. But most high schoolers love money. We love to have it, spend it, even look at it. Anything involving money is a loved activity by a teen. Everything but making money. Many people hate to work, they would much rather be with friends or out spending money. Summer jobs are a big part of a teenagers life.
For boys it typically consists of mowing, landscaping, building, umpiring, and many other outdoor jobs. For girls ice cream shops, clothing stores, other fun jobs.
Summer jobs are a good way for teens to learn responsibility and make some money. The plus is that they aren’t full time jobs and you get the winter off
