Ashley Reed just started volunteering in the community. “Well I just finished orientation last night but I’ll take the dogs out and on walks and play with them and then I will also play with the cats,” she said. She loves animals so volunteering at the Human Society is great for her.
There is two main reasons why Ashley started volunteering. “The reason I started is because I wanted to help out the community and give the animals love,” she said. There are so many pros and cons of volunteering. “For the pros I get a sense of giving back and it makes me feel good and for the cons, getting attached to the animals. Ashley recommends other people to get out in the community and help out by volunteering.
