Every year, Marion High School anxiously awaits the results of the Homecoming court nominations. Having a court each year makes homecoming even more exciting and hearing who made it on is entertaining.

Devin Lebeau, senior, is one of the five Homecoming king nominees for this year. It wasn’t shocking when he saw his name on the list for court. “[When I found out I was on court I was] not surprised at all,” he said. Now that he’s on it though, he doesn’t necessarily want the crown. “I don’t care [if I win.]”

The last homecoming of Devin’s high school life came quickly. “[This is] kinda weird. High school flew by,” he said.  It’s going to be a very exciting week for him, and he’s most excited for  “finding out who’s king.” The whole school is waiting to find out who will be representing the senior class for this year’s homecoming.

The whole school waited to find out who would be on the Homecoming court, and now that everyone knows the results, it’ll be interesting to see who will actually win.
