High school is full of tons of decisions that students try to get right, and there are so many things students can do to make their four years the best they can. One choice that could benefit someone the most is the decision to become involved in sports.

Sports can be so beneficial to anyone who is involved in them. In addition to being physically good for you, they’re fun, they can get you college scholarships, and they help you meet lots of new people. They can give you something to do after school, and if you’re involved in a sport, you’re automatically more involved in the school as a whole.

Anyone can find a sport they enjoy doing, and it doesn’t even have to be through the school. There is such a wide variety of choices that even if one activity doesn’t appeal to someone, they can easily find another one that does.

High school is difficult for many different reasons, but deciding to become involved in a sport can make it so much better. All the work put into every day of practice and every game is completely worth all the benefits that can be gotten out of it.
