Everyone has stress in their life. People can cope with it and others just don’t know how too! There are many different types of stress. Stress from school, work, family, friends, and even appearance.
But anyone can beat stress, it will take a little bit of time but everyone will feel better. There are many ways to get rid of stress. First off a person can make a list of what they are stressed out about then come up with ideas on how and what they are going to do about it. For a lot of people, working out can get rid of stress and give them more energy during the day and night. Some types of workouts a person could do would be; running on the treadmill or elliptical, also shooting hoops, playing football, soccer and any other active activity, even walking can make a person in a less stressed out mood.
If a person isn’t into the whole working-out type of thing then some good ideas for them would be too take a nap or go to bed earlier, a good amount of sleep is 8-10 hours a night! Other ways to stay less stressed out is to be more organized.
