Walking the halls at Kennedy High School he felt normal and fit in quite well. That all changed when his parents put their house up for sale and moved to the Marion Independent School District.
Jalan Culpepper, a 16 year old sophomore, has transferred from Kennedy High School just recently and today is his first day. “It is my first day here, but it seems like it will be a lot better then Kennedy was!” So far its been a good first day for Jalan Culpepper.
When you compare Kennedy to Marion High School its totally different Jalan says. “Here it is different because every one seems to be more welcoming and more friendly.”
Jalan doesn’t have many friends yet, but his friends so far consists of the journalism staff, and Danika Sam.
