As winter ends and spring rolls in the players for the spring sports get amped up for the season. Tennis players practice hours on hours when they get a chance on the court.
It also depends on the weather. “The best type of weather to play in would be a sunny day with no wind”, exclaims DJ Lubben. The wind is a big factor in playing tennis, the less wind the better.
When asked what he was most excited for this season he replied, “well we got a lot more people going out this year, so I’m excited to get to know them.” Having more people on the tennis team should make the season more entertaining and fun. “I’m excited for this season and the fun us teammates are going to have practicing and playing together.” DJ Lubben seems very pumped up and is excited to get started playing with old and new teammates coming into the new tennis season.
