Halloween night is when all the children come out, looking forward to getting treats and goodies. They all have on scary costumes or princess costumes for the girls. Then there are the kids who are older, some dressed up and some not.

Kids older then 13 should not go trick or treating since they are too old. Some kids just do it to scare the little ones, and don’t even wear costumes or just to get candy. Some people who hand out candy have chosen to not give candy to the older kids. This also takes the fun away from the little kids.

Some people would say that there isn’t an age that is too old for kids to go trick or treating. It’s just something fun to do, and is a tradition. The older kids also like to dress up and get the candy.

Kids 13 and older should not go trick or treating just to get candy. There are other ways they could celebrate Halloween night. For the little kids it is all about the fun.
