The victims of Jeffrey Epstein are displayed on top of a picture of his face.
A piercing light hinders your vision, the smell of champagne fills the air, and slow jazz plays in the background. Suddenly, the world goes quiet, which could only mean one thing: you are dead.
Throughout history, many celebrity and political deaths have been questionable, for example, Marilyn Monroe’s death. She passed at the young age of 36 from an overdose, which was expected to be a suicide attempt. She is known for the potential affair with former President John F. Kennedy. The real question is, why would someone so well-known, famous, and rich kill themselves so suddenly? Did her untimely death have anything to do with her scandalous relationship?
Jeffery E. Epstein was a child sex offender. He was a teacher at the Dalton School for a while, and once dismissed from that, he went into banking and finance, which led to starting his own firm. Throughout his years, Epstein was trafficking young girls. In July of 2019, he was arrested on federal charges of sex trafficking of minors in Florida and New York. On Aug. 10, 2019, he was found dead. The medical examiners ruled this death a suicide; however, before the passing, while on suicide watch, Epstein claimed he had a “wonderful life” and “would be crazy” to end it. This has led to many conspiracies about what really happened. One day, he was adamant about his amazing life, the next found dead hanging in his cell. It is very possible he said those things because he was plotting his demise, however, many people wanted Epstein dead. Is murder on the table? Lights out, Epstein.
Many coincidences have occurred, but sometimes incidents work out a little too well; an example of that would include the Clinton body count. This theory consists of the ideas that former president Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton, former Secretary of State, have been secretly killing all political opponents. Often, the untimely deaths of these political opponents have looked like suicides. These deaths totaled up to as many as 50, but potentially more. This is just a theory, but one that may feel a bit too ironic and coincidental.
Jessica Abers was a U.S. attorney for many years under the Biden administration. As a federal prosecutor, she was very close to the truth, discovering alleged war crimes and indictments of individuals suspected of supplying sensitive information to Russia. She resigned in January after Trump was inaugurated. Abers had a history of indictments involving money laundering, spying, and again, war crimes. Her family believes she died of natural causes in her sleep; she struggled with epilepsy her entire life, and they believe she had an epileptic seizure and passed away. Her body has not gone through an autopsy, and what really happened has not been released yet. Could it be possible that Abers was simply too close to a groundbreaking secret, or simply knew too much? We may never know.
I believe that some cases are too ironic not to be connected. Marilyn Monroe suddenly died when the world knew of her secret. I think it’s too hard not to see the possibility of assassination, especially later on in Kennedy’s reign; he was assassinated himself. I think Epstein was killed by someone for the crimes he committed. Not only did he have connections to many powerful people who went to his island, but he also had lists of names. At any point, he could wager less time for the list of people; he simply knew too much. It’s common knowledge that criminals like Epstein are murdered in prison because even prisoners hate child rapists. Jessica Abers resigned after being involved with many crimes; she had a lot of information, and again, knew too much. What was stopping her from telling the secrets she found? Finally, the Clinton Body count cannot be just a coincidence, it is crazy to suggest 50 people suddenly committed suicide when fighting for a spot in politics. All the examples go to show what powerful people in charge can get away with, no matter who one is; knowing too much will always be the biggest weakness one has. One may think they want to know and be powerful; however, in politics, no one is too valuable to spare. Theories are a huge part of society and social media today. Many people share thoughts on what could have happened, but at the end of the day, they are all theories until proven otherwise. Some cases remain cold, and some are solved. Most, however, will leave people with an eerie gut feeling that something isn’t right, and sadly, those cases we question may never have the answers we look for in small details. Be careful looking into the truth because reality may be closer than it seems. Once you unveil too many secrets, you may be next.
